Stephanie Thompson Certified
Nursing Assistant Hi my
name is Stephanie Thompson; I am a Certified Nursing Assistant.
This enables me to work with senior adults as well as children. It
allows me to help them with their needs where they cannot help
themselves. I also am a qualified Teacher
Assistant. I want
to help children whenever I can. I believe children are one of Gods
most precious gifts that he gave us. I want to teach and show them,
that eveything will not be handed to them on a silver platter. In
this day and age you have to work extra had for what you want and
with the centers help, we will be able to assist the children and
young adults on following there dreams. The
center that we have created will help mold them for school and
college. It will also help them with there lessons that they are
taking in school. I want to do my best to help them in anyway that
I can. As partners we need to get more involved with our
children especially when it comes to homework
after-school. Make sure you know what, where, and
who your child is with at all times, get more
involved with your child's school and teachers, ask your children
what did you do today? How is everything going with
school? Then lets sit back and watch our new generation of
doctors, lawyers, teachers. Stay involved with your children
as well as others. I am very confident that this will be a
wonderful center, that we will all enjoy and partake
in. If you need to contact me please E- mail: stephanie@rainbows365.com. |

Cheryl
King Public
Relations Hi, my name is Cheryl Renee King,
and I am also from NY. I have 15 years experience with
children of all ages. I was a Pre-K teacher Assistant at a
Christian Learning Center. I have been a Licensed Child
Care provider for five years and have certificates in Business
Program Development, Child Development, Art Appreciation, and Child
Abuse Identification and Prevention. I love children, they're so
inquisitive, fun, and intelligent. I am especially looking
forward to working with the young children. I have
three children of my own and I know children need guidance, and
constant attention, and at the Rainbow Recreation Center that
love, guidance, and attention will be catered to all children and
young adults. We have many
programs that will enrich their minds. The program
that interests me the most is the daycare program. Not only
does it provide a wonderful service to the parents and the
community, it's provides a safe, and structual environment where
the children can learn and play. In addition to those programs, I'm
grateful to have the chance to work with our special needs children
as well. All our children need love and nurturing.
Remember, The Rainbow is a Covenant Sign it seals a promise.
Our promise to you is to provide the Highest Quality Care to all
the children we serve. Send mail to: cheryl@rainbows365.com. |

Installer Hello. My name is

children need mentors, father figures, big brothers and positive
role models, and here at the Rainbow Recreation Center we feel it's
our duty and obligation to help these
children. I remember from my
childhood; not having alot of positive activities to help me learn
and grow outside of the regular school curriculum. I know our
center will change many childrens lives. Educational
Enrichment is the Key to childs' Success Our goal is very
simple; to improve the lives of our youth and show them
alternatives to the many negative lifestyles that they may
encounter. I am greatful to be a part of the

John
Macklin Instructor Hi, I am John
Macklin and I want to thank everyone for visiting the
website. I was born in Jackson MS. My family moved to
Chicago after I turned one years old. We then moved back to
Mississippi when I was about six years old. In growing up
in both a larger city in Chicago and a smaller city in Mississippi,
I quickly learned that I was fortunate to grow up in a family of
five with both parents. I think the most relevant and
important barrier to the success of our children especially the
young men, is a strong father figure in the household. We
must commit ourselves to re-building our families, and we must
reverse the trend of disappearing dads, It will be hard work,
but it must be done because the well-being of millions of children
is at stake. I graduated
from Provine High School. The extracurricular
activities I was involved in were: ROTC, the choir, and I was
President of the Fashion / Modeling squad. I obtained a
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Jackson State University
School of Liberal Arts. While attending Jackson State I
became a member of the Masonic Order and a member of a R&B
group called Compozitionz. My first
responsibility is to walk upright with God and to be at a point in
my life that God see fit for me whether it's in music,
business, or teaching. I wanted to give back to the community
and one way of giving back was to start teaching, although my major
was Criminal Justice, I was the (PAC) Positive Action Center
Program Instructor for six years in the Jackson Public School
District. As a PAC instructor, I maintained discipline in a
learning environment, taught social skills, counseled students on
various issues and instructed students in subject matter using
required text books and lecture materials. I enjoy
working with children and I want to continue to work with
them. With my spiritual strength and belief in the Lord I
know I can be a positive role model. I also want to exert
good work ehtics to help the children realize that they can do
whatever it is that they set their minds to do in becoming Leaders
of the Future. E-mail me at john@rainbows365.com. |
